Universally recognized as the world’s most expensive coffee, Luwak is harvested by hand from the droppings of an Indonesian Civet Cat. The cats eat the coffee cherries, and the undigested seeds (beans) pass through their digestive system to be collected by the rather unfortunate workers at the other end.
Extremely popular.

The exceptional Mavis Bank Estate Blue Mountain, spicy, dark-roasted Celebes, and some citrus African coffees create this luxurious blend.

This is the only Blue Mountain we’ve ever been impressed with. It’s more expensive than most of the others, but if you want something that will exceed your expectations this is well worth the extra cost. Medium to good body, mild flavour, a little sweet, well-balanced and smooth. Surprisingly good.

Why choose Mavis Bank Coffee Factory instead of one of the other mills? Well, Mavis Bank has history. They opened in 1920, and the family has been growing coffee in the Blue Mountain area since 1885. MBCF is one of the two largest mills in Jamaica, and between the two they account for at least 75% of all certified Blue Mountain coffee. What is notable is that MBCF is located at an altitude of about 3000 feet, not at sea level down in Kingston, so the coffee isn’t subject to the fading and cup degradation we see in samples from other mills. Most of Mavis Bank’s coffee goes directly to Japan, so we are fortunate to have some of this superb origin in our catalogue.

Clean, dark and bittersweet, with a rich creamy texture. This has long been our most popular French Roast. For people who like their coffee strong and dark there are few equals to this Mexican. Dark chocolate flavours predominate and the acidity has dropped away leaving a powerful, bitter-sweet Finish. Perfect on its own or with a touch of cream.

The finest espresso you’ll find anywhere. No argument.  It’s strong but sweet, full-bodied with a long, long finish. This is Zambra’s most popular espresso and the signature blend at our own cafes.

Our latest addition to the blend portfolio. For customers who find our Northern just too potent, or for those looking for a milder, Italian espresso, this is the one. Mild, smooth, sweet, and excellent with milk. A classic style espresso blend.

A sweeter, milder blend of arabicas with a fine caramel aroma, pleasant acidity, and smooth texture. This blend is suitable for filter coffees, French Press, or as a ristretto. The natural acidity should also blend well with popular milk drinks such as cappuccino and café latte.

Distinctive, intense flavour, and a long finish. Tanzanian coffees display the citrus and wine‐like characteristics of other East African coffees, but the Peaberry is one of those coffees, like Ethiopian Harar or Zimbabwe Gold Leaf, that is just so distinctive you can’t forget it.
